Air Yoga©: Move like a kid again! Let our comfortable yoga slings cradle and support your body in beginner through advanced poses. You'll experience increased stretches, muscle release, body realignment and relaxation. You’ve never felt so good!
Hatha Focus: Traditional hatha yoga poses are used for stretching, flexibility and relaxation, with specific asanas chosen for in-depth focus. Focused asanas can range from beginner poses to inversions.
Celtic Yoga©: Explore traditional yoga poses (asanas) through the use of Celtic imagery and mythology, set to soothing and uplifting traditional music. Suitable for beginner through intermediate level students. Awaken your inner Celt!
Power Punk Yoga©: An intense, cathartic routine set to powerful music that is also a great cardio workout to get you sweating as you tone your whole body. Because sometimes you need a little attitude with your yoga! For intermediate to advanced students or those used to challenging fitness routines.
