It is well-known that mental acuity, productivity and happiness increase dramatically even with modest amounts of physical activity and relaxation.  Flip The Dog understands that you care about the health of those in your organization and we are advocates for wellness in the workplace through the practice of yoga and related stress management techniques.

Flip The Dog has also worked with assisted living centers, treatment facilities and health care institutions to successfully bring balance and wellness to both providers and clients.

Education and Outreach

• We meet with you to explain how yoga could benefit your clients and employees.
• We deliver customized presentations on the topics of wellness, stress management and yoga.
• We provide written articles on the benefits of yoga and stress management for newsletters and other printed media.
• We are active members of the blogging community, providing commentary and observations of yoga in action in every day life.
• We produce a bi-weekly TV show in partnership with Ashland Community Access WACA-TV presenting different styles of yoga and highlighting yoga teachers and studios in Mass.
• We conduct research on physical and mental benefits of yoga and are actively involved in collaborating with other professionals in health care industry.

Yoga Teacher Recruitment and Placement

• Save Time. Our service is more efficient than finding a teacher word-of-mouth or digging through on-line general posting sites.
• Get the right teacher. We take care to match teachers with students by taking into consideration yoga style, teaching strengths, and personalities to ensure the best possible match. In addition, we provide background checks and verify references, certification, liability insurance, and current CPR/AED certification.
• Reduce administrative work. We contract with teachers directly. You pay Flip the Dog for services provided as a contractor and we take care of the rest.

Yoga Program Development and Oversight
